Cookie Policy — B1Driversnow

1. What cookies and similar technologies are
This policy describes how ARX International LLC (the "Operator"), operator of the B1Driversnow platform (the "Platform": the public website and the product apps —admin panel, carrier portal and driver app—, served at `b1driversnow.com` and its `app.`, `carrier.` and `admin.` subdomains), uses cookies and similar technologies. Unless stated otherwise, this policy applies equally to the public website and to the authenticated product apps.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They make it possible, for example, to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, or measure how the site is used. The Platform also uses similar browser storage technologies:
- localStorage: persistent storage; the information remains even after you close the browser, until you or the Platform delete it.
- sessionStorage: temporary storage deleted when you close the tab.
In this policy, "cookies" also includes these similar technologies, unless stated otherwise.

3. Categories of cookies we use
a) Essential. Strictly necessary for the Platform to work: without them you cannot sign in or use the service securely. They do not require consent and cannot be disabled from the banner (you may block them in your browser, but the Platform would stop working).

b) Preferences. These remember options you choose. If you delete them, the Platform reverts to the defaults.

c) Analytics (opt-in). These help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics with Consent Mode v2: the measurement script may load on every page, but it does not set or read cookies or any storage on your device unless you accept them. Without your acceptance, Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode, sending only aggregate, non-identifying measurement (with your IP address masked). Analytics cookies (`_ga`, `_ga_`) are only enabled if you expressly accept them in the banner. Advertising parameters (`ad_storage`, `ad_user_data`, `ad_personalization`) remain disabled at all times. Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC (United States)*; its use involves an international transfer to the U.S., described in the Privacy Notice. These analytics practices apply equally on the public website and the product apps (`app.`, `carrier.`, `admin.`), where routes are additionally anonymized so no data that identifies you is sent. The Platform may also use its own product analytics; when enabled and only with your consent, the following are used:

You may decline them in the banner or withdraw your consent later (Section 5) without affecting the operation of the Platform.
No advertising cookies. The Platform does not use advertising or third-party cookies for marketing or behavioral advertising, does not sell information obtained through cookies, and does not allow third-party ad tracking.
4. Legal basis and framework
- Mexico — LFPDPPP and INAI guidelines. In accordance with Articles 8 and 36 of the LFPDPPP and the INAI guidelines on cookies and tracking technologies, we inform you of their use upon first access through the banner, which refers to this policy and the Privacy Notice, and we provide mechanisms to disable non-essential technologies (Sections 3 and 5).
- California — CalOPPA (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575). For California residents, this policy constitutes the tracking-technology disclosure required by CalOPPA, including how we respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
- DNT and GPC signals. The primary control mechanism is the consent banner (Section 5). The Platform does not change its behavior in response to browser DNT or GPC signals: analytics cookies are only activated through your express acceptance in the banner; if you do not accept them, they are not set, regardless of such signals.
5. How to manage your consent
- Banner on first access. The first time you access the Platform you will see a banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential categories before they are set.
- Changing your decision. Use the "Cookie preferences" button at the end of this page to reopen the banner, or clear the site data in your browser (key `b1-cookie-consent`); the banner will reappear on your next visit.
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies from your browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the Platform.
6. Retention of the consent record
Your decision is stored in your browser’s localStorage under the key `b1-cookie-consent`, with the version of this policy, the date of your decision and the categories you accepted. The record is valid for 12 months; after that, the banner requests your decision again. If you clear your localStorage earlier, the banner will reappear on your next visit.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law; we will publish the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material (e.g. new categories or purposes), we will ask for your consent again through the banner before applying the affected technologies.
8. Relationship with the Privacy Notice and the Terms
This policy supplements and should be read together with the Privacy Notice (processing of personal data) and the Terms & Conditions (use of the Platform). Regarding personal data, the Privacy Notice prevails; regarding use of the service, the Terms prevail.
